It's never too soon or too late to start cloth diapering. We started using cloth for our oldest daughter when she was already learning the potty. There are some really nice cloth pull-up style 'diapers' available on the market. Considering the cost of the disposable pull-up style diapers using cloth can save a ton in the long run!
